GET PAID & RECOVERY

Legal Notice for Recovery of Money (Commercial Dues)

Use for unpaid dues from any party (including where you are not Udyam-registered, or the dues are a loan/advance). It records the breach, the claim and interest, and warns of suit. For commercial disputes of ₹3 lakh or more, the next step is usually mandatory pre-institution mediation.
