File online on samadhaan.msme.gov.in. Attach Udyam certificate, purchase orders, invoices, delivery proofs/e-way bills, ledger statement and your demand notice with proof of delivery. Claims are generally maintainable only for supplies made after you obtained Udyam/MSME registration.
