Standard Terms & Conditions of Sale (for Quotations and POs)

Attach to every quotation and order acknowledgement so your terms on price validity, delivery, risk, payment and warranty govern the sale. Ask the customer to accept them in writing, or state that the order is accepted only on these terms.

Print on the reverse of quotations and order acknowledgements, or attach as an annexure. Ask the buyer to sign and return a copy, or refer to these terms in your order acceptance e-mail.
